Tales of the Black Death - Italy: A Morality-Based Adventure Game
Tales of the Black Death - Italy is the first part of a three-part game series developed by Doubleton Game Studio. In this adventure game, you play as Baldasar, a young Italian boy who has lost his parents to an unknown illness. Together with a traveling thief, you must navigate through Italy in the Middle Ages, facing disease, bandits, and death.
The game features a morality system that affects the story and the characters around you. Your choices, both moral and practical, will impact the gameplay and the ultimate outcome of the game. You must manage your health, injuries, malaise, and infections while also keeping track of your inventory as you visit over 30 finely detailed locations and encounter many unique characters throughout your journey.
